How GV Prakash joined the film without discussing salary

He said that when he approached the composer and narrated the story, GV Prakash did not ask about the salary or payment details.Karunas explained that he already knew the composer’s usual remuneration and honestly told him that the film’s budget would not allow him to pay such a large amount. However, he assured him that he would pay whatever was possible within the film’s limits.
An emotional gesture that Karunas will always remember
Karunas said GV Prakash’s response surprised him deeply. According to the actor, the composer told him that he did not want any salary and would compose the music purely out of respect and affection for Karunas and his son Ken.Karunas added that GV Prakash is currently working with many leading stars and usually receives a huge salary for his work, so hearing him refuse payment was an emotional moment.
