A day before the agrarian festival of Nuakhai Festival, Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi released the third installment of CM Kisan Yojana worth INR 1,041 crore, directly benefiting over 51 lakh farmers in Odisha. All the small and marginal farmers have received financial support of INR 2,000 for the upcoming Rabi crop season.
The Odisha CM Kisan Yojana, launched to support farmers and landless agricultural households, is a progressive and inclusive scheme that covers 92% of cultivators across the state. It aims to ensure timely financial aid, boost agricultural prosperity, and uplift rural livelihoods.
The scheme has three major components:

Farmers can check CM Kisan beneficiary status and CM Kisan Odisha list 2025 through the official portal:
Farmers receive INR 4,000 annually (INR 2,000 during Akshaya Tritiya & INR 2,000 during Nuakhai) under cultivation support. Landless households get INR 12,500 for livelihood activities.
You can check status on the CM Kisan Odisha Portal by entering your Aadhaar number or mobile number.
Eligible farmers can apply online through the CM Kisan portal, upload Aadhaar, ration card, bank details, and submit for verification.
Beneficiaries include 51 lakh small & marginal farmers and landless agricultural households across Odisha.
